We are told that he surrounded himself with the smartest people and this enhanced his decision-making skills.
2. Inspire your people.
He was also a great public speaker whose speeches inspired his fellow Americans to be more optimistic and positive. When Kennedy spoke, the American people listened.
3. Never lose focus of the bigger picture.
He was always focused on the bigger picture which was his vision for America. His decisions may not have been popular but he ensured the people he was leading understood the reasoning behind certain decisions.
4. Be a hands-on leader.
JFK was seen as one of the team by those in his team. Get involved with your people and know what’s going on.
